When will I receive my order?

Since all products have been made under strict quality control, it typically takes 3-5 business days for orders to get to our distributed inventory and another 7-12 business days for shipping to be delivered to you. As soon as your item is carefully reviewed, we’ll ship them out to you and send you tracking information to track your package.

Please Note: Due to some Force Majeure (such as: Fire, flood, storm, hurricane, typhoon, hurricane, tornado, etc) packages to you may be delayed. We truly and eternally your patience during this time

It’s been a week since I ordered the product but I still haven’t received tracking information?

I don’t know the definition to my packet status?

These are some shipping carriers we are providing to dispatch your items promptly. Please check these information carefully to understand the accurate meaning of your shipping status:

17TRACK.NET

It indicates the current package status during transportation. You may refer to our status definition: Not Found / In Transit / Pick Up / Undelivered / Delivered / Alert / Expired. When tracking is completed, we will show the status according to all detailed tracking information.

Given that the package status is auto-judged by the system, it’s only for information reference use. Kindly note 17TRACK website/apps works as an interface with the actual carriers. It is the info they enter into their database that we can get and present to you. But we are not responsible in anyway for your shipment. In any instance, if the system gives you an incorrect package status, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Not Found

Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with us and check back later. General explanation:

  1. The carrier hasn’t accepted your package yet.
  2. The carrier hasn’t scanned and entered tracking information for your package yet.
  3. Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
  4. The item was posted a long time ago, info not available anymore.
  5. Generally, after the sender ships your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.

 

In Transit

Item has shipped from originating country and is en route to its destination. General explanation:

  1. Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
  2. Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
  3. Your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection.
  4. Your package has arrived its destination country and during domestic transportation.
  5. Your package is under another transportation period. For instance, it’s in another country as a transit point and will be forwarded from there to its final destination country.

Please pay attention to detailed tracking information, if your item has arrived its destination country, we’d advise you to track it again within 1-2 days and observe the latest updates to ensure a smooth receipt of the package.

Pick Up

Item is out for delivery or arrived at local facility, you may schedule for delivery or pickup. Please be aware of the collection deadline. General explanation:

  1. Your package has arrived at a local delivery point.
  2. Your package is out for delivery.

If you ensure your package has been delivered successfully, please ignore this notice. However, if you haven’t received your package, we’d advise you to contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item. Undelivered

Delivered

Item was delivered successfully to the addressee. General explanation:

  1. Under most circumstances, the delivered status indicates that the carrier has delivered this package successfully. If the addressee didn’t receive it, we’d advise you to contact us for clarification.

 

Alert

Item might undergo unusual shipping condition, this may due to several reasons, most likely item was returned to sender, customs issue, lost, damaged etc. General explanation:

  1. Your package is being returned to sender due to any of these reasons: item refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence; etc.
  2. Your package might be retained by customs department due to any of these reasons: contains prohibited goods; importation of the goods is restricted; retained by customs due to tax payable, or any other unspecified reasons.
  3. Your package may have suffered damage or been lost during the transportation period.

If you ensure your package has been delivered successfully, please ignore this notice. However, if you haven’t received your package and it is under the”Alert” status, then please pay attention: you need to read and analyze the detailed tracking information carefully. Due to complex description of worldwide shipping providers, we can’t auto-detect and determine all the status 100% accurately, hope you understand. We’d advise you to contact us for clarification.

Expired

Item was in transportation period for a long time still has no delivered results. General explanation:

  1. At a certain stage during transportation, the carrier has not updated the tracking information due to the high volume of postage.
  2. The carrier was omitted to enter the tracking information.
  3. Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.

USPS Shipping Carrier

This explains common package statuses you may receive for mail and package delivery and the frequent answers provided by Care Center agents. We invite all customers to sign up for Informed Delivery® notifications by USPS® which offers a digital preview of your mail and the ability to manage your packages scheduled to arrive soon!

We – USPS apologize that phone agents will not be able to provide additional information on the following scan messages. To avoid extended wait times by phone, a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ location for follow-up.

Package Status & Meaning Explanation Reminders

DELIVERED

Article has been delivered with a recorded time, location and date of delivery.

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
    • Mailbox
    • Porch
    • Garage
    • Any area out of potential weather hazards
    • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  • In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours.

If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a  service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-            up.   You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.

Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.

If you received a key in your regular mail compartment, it may be in a package (parcel) locker located in or near your community mail box.

You may also sign up for Informed Delivery® which offers a digital preview of your mail and allows you to manage your expected packages.

 

NOTICE LEFT

An unsuccessful delivery attempt was made by your carrier today.

We apologize we weren’t able to successfully deliver your mail or package.

You may:

  • Schedule a Redelivery, or
  • Use Postal Locator to pick up the item at the Post Office™ facility indicated on the notice beginning the next business day.
  • If you did not receive a notice, the item can be picked up at the local Post Office™ facility with photo ID.
If this item is unclaimed by the RETURN DATE, then it will be returned to sender.

RECEPTACLE BLOCKED

Carrier did not have access to mailbox to complete delivery.

We apologize the carrier did not have access to your mailbox. All mail is returned to your local Post Office™ facility to attempt delivery the next business day.

A blocked receptacle could be due to a parked vehicle, local utility work in the area, weather conditions or emergency responders impeding access.

Please check the area for any obstruction that may prevent delivery OR you may use Postal Locator to pick up the item at your local Post Office™ facility.

If blockage will be prolonged you may schedule a Redelivery.
NO ACCESS

Your carrier was unable to deliver to your address.

We apologize the carrier was unable to deliver to your address.

If you received this message on a Sunday, we will automatically reattempt delivery the next business day. No further action is needed at this time.

If it’s been more than 24 hours since the initial No Access scan, to save time a service request can be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for          follow-up.

You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

There are a variety of reasons this may have occurred such as: a non-delivery day, address is in a gated community, or animal interference, etc.
IN TRANSIT

The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Item is being processed or transported to your delivering Post Office™ facility.

Additional tracking information will be available when it arrives at unit and is out for delivery.

This scan may appear multiple times from the same facility and/or on different days as it is processed or in transit.
